Commercial mugshot pages and data brokers are not official sources and are not linked. A third-party image should never replace the originating agency record.

Otherwise compare full identity, birth date, case, conviction county, and other stable details.
A KASPER image is not proof of a Meade County Jail booking photo. Some people released from the local jail never enter the KDOC-associated population. Conversely, a “Parole” or “Discharged” result may remain visible after prison departure. “Parole” means release under supervision, while “Discharged” concerns the represented KDOC obligation.
KASPER updates each working day and is not a complete Kansas criminal history. Its Meade conviction-county filter identifies the county tied to the case, not the person’s residence or release destination.
Meade Mugshots and Registry Limits
The Kansas Bureau of Investigation Registered Offender Search has a statutory photograph field for qualifying sex, violent, and drug registrants.
